The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has announced the commencement of its 2025/26 Foreign Postgraduate Scholarship Programme. Eligible candidates from the Niger Delta region are invited to apply for master’s degree courses in disciplines such as Agricultural Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, Geosciences, Information Technology, Medical Sciences, and Law. Applicants must possess at least a second-class lower bachelor’s degree and be under 40 years old. The application deadline is Sunday, April 21, 2025.
